Rolling Mill - Your Own
Ring $355 for 6 hrs

This two-session course guides students through the full process of turning molten metal into a finished ring. In the first session, participants will safely melt and pour their metal into an ingot mold, learning key techniques for producing a clean, workable bar.

 

In the second session, students will use the rolling mill to flatten and shape their ingot into the proper thickness and width for a ring. We will focus on safe rolling practices, consistent pressure control, and achieving precise dimensions. Individual guidance will help each student form, solder, and refine their ring.

 

By the end of the class, participants will leave with a custom hand-crafted ring and the skills to repeat the process on their own.

(All Material and casting equipment are included in price of class. Students are required to bring a M95 Mask.)
